Sandeep Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Jangaon, Telangana, India. We help businesses grow their online presence through expert SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Design & Development, Google Business Profile Optimization, and Social Media Marketing.

These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and all clients who engage us for any digital marketing service. By browsing our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be agreed upon in writing before work commences — typically through a proposal, service agreement, or confirmed email. Any service not explicitly mentioned in the agreed scope is considered out-of-scope and may be quoted separately.

Service Standards

We commit to delivering all services with reasonable skill and care, using:

  • 100% white-hat, Google-approved strategies for all SEO work
  • Industry-standard tools and platforms for advertising and analytics
  • Transparent communication and monthly performance reporting

Results Disclaimer

⚠️ Digital marketing results including website rankings, ad performance, and lead volumes are influenced by factors outside our direct control — including search engine algorithm updates, market competition, ad platform policy changes, and your own website or product quality. While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and content in a timely manner
  • Promptly review and approve deliverables, mockups, or content submitted for approval
  • Notify us of any changes to your business, goals, or target audience
  • Ensure all content and materials you provide do not infringe any third-party rights

3 Payments & Service Agreements

Fees & Pricing

All service fees will be clearly communicated in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required before project commencement — typically 50% of the total project fee
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed in writing
  • For ongoing monthly services (SEO, Ads management, Social Media), payment is due at the beginning of each month
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), or as otherwise agreed

Refund Policy

💡 Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the time, resources, and planning invested. Refund requests for specific circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered work.

Project Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included in the project fee. Changes that significantly alter the original agreed scope — including new pages, additional features, or major redesigns — may be subject to additional charges, which will be quoted and agreed upon before proceeding.

Ad Spend Budgets

For Google Ads and Meta Ads services, your advertising budget (ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta) is entirely separate from our management fee. You are responsible for funding your own ad accounts. We manage and optimise your campaigns but are not responsible for any charges billed by Google or Meta to your payment method.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice via email or WhatsApp. Upon termination, any outstanding balances for work completed to date become immediately due and payable. We will hand over all relevant files, access credentials, and data within 7 business days of cleared final payment.

4 Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for your project — including website designs, written content, graphics, and ad creatives — will be transferred to you as the client.

Sandeep Digital's Rights

We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (e.g., website screenshots, project descriptions) unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the project commences.

All intellectual property in our proprietary methods, processes, templates, tools, and internal systems remains the exclusive property of Sandeep Digital.

Third-Party Materials

Where third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, themes) are used in your project, the relevant licences apply. We will inform you of any third-party licenced materials included in your deliverables. You are responsible for ensuring any content or materials you provide to us for use in your project are properly licenced and do not infringe any copyright or third-party rights.

Website Content

All content on the Sandeep Digital website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images — is the property of Sandeep Digital and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.

5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sandeep Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • The use of, or inability to use, our website or services
  • Changes to search engine algorithms (including Google) affecting rankings or traffic
  • Changes to advertising platform policies (Google Ads, Meta) affecting campaign performance
  • Third-party website downtime, hosting failures, or technical issues outside our control
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from use of our services
⚠️ Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sandeep Digital in the 3 months preceding the claim.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead quantities, or revenue outcomes from any digital marketing service unless explicitly committed to in a signed written agreement. Digital marketing performance is subject to many external factors beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandeep Digital, its team members, and associates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
  • Any content or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights
  • Any misrepresentation of your business, products, or services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
